1. Cancellations Policy

Firlona holds the right to modify or update its policies at any time without prior notice, based on internal needs, external factors, or statutory requirements. To stay informed about any changes, we recommend reviewing the policy periodically. If you do not agree with the policy, we advise against using the Firlona application or website. Please read our policy thoroughly to understand the cancellation procedures, whether initiated by the customer or the service provider, and the applicable cancellation fees.

If the cancellation is informed before the vendor assignment, and in case of advanced payment, we refund the full payment through online methods or in cash option.

Customers are allowed to cancel or reschedule requests anytime through the Firlona application or website.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Firlona retains the right to cancel any job request at any time with communication to the customer and will not hold liability for such actions. Customers are restricted from canceling or rescheduling more than 2 job requests in a single day. Repeated instances of such actions may result in the suspension of the customer’s account from accessing future services.

Bookings that are cancelled before confirmation on the platform will not incur any charges. Firlona’s cancellation policy outlines the applicable cancellation fees for confirmed bookings.


2. Cancellation by Service Provider

As per Firlona Policy, service providers are strictly prohibited from canceling a job request after accepting it through the Firlona platform. Service providers agree to adhere to Firlona’s terms and conditions as outlined during the onboarding process. Any breach of this agreement may result in penalties, suspension of the contract, or termination of the agreement with the service provider.

Service providers are permitted to cancel a maximum of 2 job requests per day. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties for causing inconvenience to customers, as per the terms agreed with Firlona.

Service providers may cancel a scheduled job up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. However, cancellations are not allowed for on-demand job requests.

Frequent cancellations or inappropriate behavior with customers may lead to a reduction in ratings, imposition of penalties, and potential termination of the agreement with Firlona.

Service providers must provide a valid reason for canceling a job when notifying Firlona. These reasons will be recorded and considered in the performance evaluation of the service provider.
